Information we collect

This website does not use lead capture forms, contact forms, newsletter boxes, or registration forms. We therefore do not collect names, messages, or enquiry details through the site.

If you telephone or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send by those channels. That correspondence sits in our ordinary business inbox or call log, not in a website database.

Technical logs on a host may record IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and delivery. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

Cookies

Retention

Email and call notes about a commissioned comparison sheet are kept for up to two years after the last useful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting in the United Kingdom. Server logs are rotated on the host’s ordinary schedule.
