Refund Policy

Panel Routebase does not sell Marvel NFT comic editions and does not operate a checkout, basket, or card form on this website. This policy covers writing fees agreed by telephone or email.

What can be refunded

If we have not started a commissioned pair report, variant ranking note, calendar, analog map, or briefing, we will not invoice you. If we have taken a fee in advance by bank transfer and have not begun the sheet, we will return that fee in full by the same route.

After work begins

Once interiors have been counted or a calendar row has been drafted, the fee reflects desk time already spent. We may reduce a later invoice if a sheet cannot be finished because public drop language is missing, but we do not invent a shop-style “return the product” flow.

What is not a purchase here

Clicking “Get it from Veve” does not create a purchase with Panel Routebase. Listings, drops, and any platform fees on Veve are outside this policy.

Informational rates

Figures on the rates page are starting descriptions. They become a fee only when we confirm a sheet in correspondence. Until then, nothing is owing.
